WHAT TO WEAR FOR THE PARTY SEASON

It's another dreary day today weather wise so I wanted to cheer everyone up with some sequins, sparkle and party wear! I absolutely love the party season, any excuse to dress up and I'm there in a flash so this seemed like the perfect blog post as we edge closer to a month of jam-packed festivities and Christmas parties. I've always got my eye on whatever sparkle is available but here are the glittering pieces which are currently right at the top of my party wishlist (clockwise from top):                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            *Topshop Nail Polish In Jem > Shop Here*

It really isn't Christmas until you've watched a Christmas film whilst giving yourself a glittery manicure. This Topshop Polish in Jem is the perfect red for the festive season and it's packaged in a lovely gold mirrored box so it will be right at home on the Christmas tree too! Give it as a gift to someone special or keep it as a treat for yourself, I promise I won't tell anyone...

*Eylure Volume False Eyelashes in No.100 > Shop Here*

I love wearing false eyelashes for special occasions and over the years I've found that Eylure ones are the best. I don't like lashes to look too thick and full but this No.100 style are the perfect size for enhancing the eyes whilst still keeping the look natural.

*Topshop Christmas Mini Lip Bullet in Get Me Bodied > Shop Here *

Give your lips a refresh with this Lip Bullet in Get Me Bodied. These twist up sticks are perfect for a quick application mid-party and the soft blendable formula makes them super easy to apply. Plus, you can't really go wrong with a berry lip during the festive season.

*Asos Long Sleeve Sequin Stripe Maxi Dress > Shop Here*

I'm totally in love with this floor length sequinned maxi dress by Asos. What could be better than wavy stripes, loads of sequins and a low back to finish, I need it now! Style this number with simple strappy heels and a clutch to complete the look.

*Glittery Boombox*

I found this picture online and I'm not sure if one of these stereos exists, but if it does please feel free to contact me asap as it is amazing and I want one. Thanks! :)

*Topshop Sparkle Star Slippers > Shop Now*

We all know that when the heels get too much we need a stylish yet comfortable party shoe so there's no stopping us on the dance floor! These sparkle star flats by Topshop are the dream and will work as a casual footwear staple throughout the season. Your feet will thank me later.

*Story of Lola Sequin Clutch Bag > Shop Now*

We all need a going out bag which fits all our essentials and this Story of Lola embellished clutch bag is just the ticket. It's multi-coloured sequins means it will go with everything plus it's large enough to use for everyday too - who said sequins are just for evening!

*Topshop Maya Platform Sandals > Shop Now *

Topshop used to sell a more expensive version of this style so I'm pleased to see they have created a slightly cheaper version of this style. I love the chunky block heel and the metallic finish, making them an essential style for channeling the Seventies trend.

*Asos Multi-Coloured Sequin Cape > Shop Now *

Last but not least is this cape of dreams by Asos which is ideal for throwing on over an LBD or teaming with a cami and skinny jeans. This cape is close to selling out (not surprising really) so snap it up before it goes!

I hope you've enjoyed my party season wishlist. What are you most looking forward to wearing this party season? Let me know in the comments below!
