SEPTEMBER BEAUTY HAUL

September has been a naughty month for beauty buys. I banned myself from splurging on products in order to use everything up but I think I've definitely made up for that.

From budget buys to a pretty pricey (but worth it) shampoo, here are the beauty products I've been most excited about this month.

Bumble and bumble Surf Foam Wash Shampoo - £18.50, buy here

When one of the most raved about haircare brands launched a surf range for achieving sought after 'beachy' locks, it was always going to be one to try. If your hair goes straight or slightly wavy depending on how you style it, I would definitely say this product is for you. My hair is long and thick but with little volume so I wash my hair with this overnight, towel dry and leave to dry overnight. This way I wake up with slightly waved hair a.k.a the bed head look, with minimal styling required. It's definitely worth the £18.50 price tag as only a small amount is needed for a big effect. The salt spray from the range is also well worth the money.

Sleek Corrector & Concealer Palette in Shade 2 - £7.99, buy here

My Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer has been running low but instead of spending close to £20 I went for the budget beauty option and I've been pleasantly surprised with this palette. I haven't used the setting powder if I'm honest as it looks a little too yellow but the two creamy concealers are a lovely shade and blend seamlessly into the skin. It's also handy to have concealer in a little palette with a mirror, making it perfect for touching up tired eyes!
Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette in Strip - buy here

If you're looking for a palette that has everything, the Urban Decay Flushed palette is just that. There's a bronzer, highlighter and blush all in one making it the perfect palette for creating a contoured and defined look on the go! You can read my full review here
Benefit Longwear Powder Eyeshadow in Thanks-a-latte - buy here

I absolutely love these powder eyeshadows from Benefit and I own them in many colours! They are long-lasting, great for blending and have a light shimmer without looking too sparkly. Thanks-a-latte is a lovely golden brown and looks just as good on it's own as it does when blended with lighter shades for the perfect smokey eyes.
Clarins 7 Day Scrub Cream - buy here

My latest skincare favourite, this gentle scrub cream by Clarins has made my skin much brighter as it helps to reduce dry skin, lessen fine lines whilst reducing pores. I use this after cleansing a couple of times a week and it makes my skin feel smooth and refreshed. A small amount works a treat so I'm sure this will last a good while, highly recommended.

Do you have any beauty favourites this month?

#LFW BUY: CHIC HAPPENS SWEATER

OK, so this is just a quick post to tell you all about how much I love my slogan sweater, solely purchased because it's London Fashion Week and it seems pretty appropriate. I say that like I'm going to the fashion shows, but I'm not.Hopefully I'll get to go someday (*keep saying those prayers), but until then I'm simply going to #LFW to get some great street style snaps, inspiration for my day job and to see some of my pals.

The atmosphere in London is even better than usual during London Fashion Week so I can't wait to get there this weekend! Outfits must be on point during fashion week so I'm thinking of pairing this Topshop slogan jumper which you can find here with leather look skinnies, burgundy chelsea boots and maybe even my fedora hat, it is fashion week after all!

Comment below with your #LFW outfit choices and blog posts pretty please!

Thanks for reading as always,
