butter LONDON Waterless Pedicure Collection and Lillibet's Jubilee Nail Lacquer

Butter LONDON has to be my favourite brand of the moment. I recently went to the launch of their new waterless Pedicure Collection and was amazed by the results. The collection was developed at fashion week which you can see from the super pretty packaging and boasts an excellent range of products allowing you to treat your feet this summer.

From left: Rock Off Glycolic Callus Peel-£25
Mucky Pups Foot Wipes-£13
Kitten Heels Powder Finish Foot Creme-£25
Stiletto Stick Hydrating Heel Balm-£25

Rock Off is a great product for removing hard skin and works well when feet haven't been touched for a long while! Simply roll over any hard skin, wait up to 5 minutes and file away! The best bit..simply use the Mucky Pups foot wipes to remove any of the excess peel.

I really loved the concept of the Mucky Pups foot wipes. Pretty enough to keep in your handbag, these wipes are perfect for freshening your feet up after a long day, or for cooling feet down on holiday!

The Kitten Heels Powder Finish foot creme works wonders for your feet as it hydrates the skin, yet leaves it feeling soft and silky. Using Safflower Oil, Coconut Oil and Shea Butter, this product not only smells delicious but also leaves your feet feeling moisturised.

For the most fashion conscious pedicure around, try the Stiletto Stick heel balm. Pop this balm on around cracked, dry heels and you'll never be afraid to wear those ankle strap shoes again!

Whilst I was at the event the lovely ladies at butter London also gave me a full manicure using their Limited Edition Nail Lacquer in Lillibet's Jubilee. This fabulous colour has been launched to celebrate the Queen's 60th year on the throne and is named after her childhood nickname 'Lillibet'. Snap one up here!

The colour was the perfect silver metallic shade with hints of lilac and some sparkle, of course!

Happy hands and feet!

S/S Beauty Must-haves

As I've recently been contributing to the Woman & Home beauty reviews online (here-Beauty Buys of the day) I have discovered so many amazing beauty products and brands that I've been super excited to tell you about. The list could be ENDLESS but I've tried to limit myself to give you the ultimate products for Spring Summer beauty buying.

Tan Time!

Clarins Delectable Self Tanning Mousse-BUY

I will start by confessing that fake tan has never been a skill I have successfully mastered.. Usually the thought of having to exfoliate, moisturise, buff and goodness knows what else fills me with dread, but this Clarins Delectable Self Tanning Mousse was a dream to use.
The mousse acts as a 3-in-1 self tan, moisturiser and has SPF15 that protects your skin from the sun.

The fruity scent, skin softening Mirabelle oil and the light whipped texture of the mousse makes it super easy to apply, leaving you with a gorgeous, natural glow all year round.

 Sparkle, Shimmer and Shine

Tom Ford Eye Palette in Golden Mink-BUY

Sometimes it's worth investing in a luxurious beauty product. Tom Ford's opulent eye colour quad in golden mink is the perfect way to achieve statement eyes this summer and includes four shades - sheer, sparkle, satin and matte.

Whether you want to create a bold look, smoky eyes or a dash of colour these golden tones are sure to enhance and accentuate your eyes, giving you the wow factor!
The palette includes a mirror and two applicators. The Eye Colour Quad is available in other shades.

Refresh your skin in an instant

Neal's Yard, White Tea Facial Mist-BUY
Give your skin a hydrating boost with this refreshing facial mist by Neal's Yard. With calming blends of white tea, aloe vera and Bach Flower Remedies, a spritz of mist will reveal beautifully toned skin and can be sprayed during the day and even over your make-up.

The super handy size makes it an essential go-to product for when your skin is feeling tired and dull. This is a fab product for when the weather warms up!

Must have for nails..

Leighton Denny Crystal Nail File-BUY

This is by far the greatest nail file I have ever used. It's a crystal nail file by Leighton Denny and would be the perfect preparation for your manicures and pedicures this summer. In just one go it leaves nails looking shapely and ultra smooth. Pop into your handbag and file away!
Pop of coral

Topshop lipstick in Charmed-BUY (currently out of stock online-available in most Topshop stores!)

Add a gorgeous coral lip to your look this summer with Topshop's lipstick in Charmed. From Topshop's new Sister of the Moon collection, this lippy is the perfect addition to your collection and leaves lips feeling and looking luscious!

(Swatched)

Prime perfection

Model Co Face Base Skin Primer-BUY
Improve the look and feel of your skin with this super hydrating skin primer by Model Co.  Apply Face Base before you put on your make-up to help smooth out pesky fine lines and unsightly pores, leaving skin soft, silky and drenched in moisture.

Jammed packed with vitamin C and E, this oil-free see through primer creates an amazing even coverage and helps to keep your foundation on for up to 10 hours.  Fab' for when the warmer weather hits and make-up starts to slide!
Knots away!

Salon Elite Tangle Teezer-BUY

Perfect for de-tangling knotty hair, the tangle teezer is far less painful than using your standard comb or brush. It's moulded shape allows the comb to fit comfortably in your hand and the tangle teaser can be used on most hair lengths.

I hope you enjoy this product selection and please let me know if there's any products you would like to see reviewed!

The Peplum Effect

Can't say I'm a big fan of wearing an outfit all from the same brand but this outfit from H&M just seemed to fall into place. When it comes to summer, I'm all for wearing completely crazy floral summer styles from the most delicate ditsy prints to hugely colourful blooms. I always find tapered trousers super flattering and leg-lengthening and the fading detail on this pair particularly caught my eye. The black and white floral print gradually fades to on-trend neon and the pretty black peplum fit's sweetly over the top. Peplum's are a big hit this season and I will be sporting mine with many outfits as a staple layering piece. I've also been loving my pearl H&M peter pan collar (in stores NOW!) as it will jazz up loads of summer dresses, tees and blouses.

Got lots of fun and exciting blog posts coming soon so stay tuned!!
